Thank you for service on the Ukiah High School Site Council. As this is a busy time of the year, the summary items will be concise. There is much to celebrate in this data. The SPSA and budget item (VII) is important as it is the first step in guiding spending for next year.

- Guests wishing to speak on matters under the Site Council jurisdiction
- 2016-17 Data Review: Brief summary of critical academic, athletic, and arts program data.
- PBIS – Focus Words: Follow-up on the prior work completed by the Site Council, Student Focus Groups, and UHS faculty.
- Schedule Development and Personnel 2017-18: Update
- Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and Categorical Budget Development 2017-18: The SPSA provides focus to our work at UHS and defines how categorical spending is allocated. This portion of the meeting is the first step in this process. The final document and budget is approved in our first full fall meeting.
