Spanish for Spanish Speakers II

Course Description

This one-year course is designed for students with average and above average ability in Spanish.

Continued attention is given to the development of reading, writing, grammar, listening and speaking skills. Emphasis in literature genres: short stories, essays, poetry, novels, drama and translation on the understanding and appreciation of
literature of the Spanish speaking world. All materials and instruction are completely in Spanish.

Prerequisite: Completion of Spanish for Spanish Speakers I with a grade of C or better and teacher recommendation or passing the Spanish for Spanish Speakers I Challenge Exam with a C+ average or better.
