Course Description

Offered in the junior year to meet graduation and college entrance requirements.
 
Several historical topics will be studied, evaluated and discussed, including:
  • The American Revolution
  • The American Civil War
  • World Wars I and II
  • The Korean and Vietnam Wars
  • Socioeconomic trends of the past and their effects on American society today, including causes and consequences of the inflation of the 20’s
  • The Depression of the 30’s
  • Social changes that have taken place in the 20th century.
