American Institutions

This course is a two-semester course for seniors.

One semester will deal with the background and development of the American political system and how it works today. This semester’s goal is to help each student become a knowledgeable and functioning member of our political society.

 

The second semester is an introductory economics course covering fundamental concepts such as scarcity, opportunity costs, supply/demand, fiscal and monetary policy, and investment in equities.
