Hello,

We are excited to finally be able to open our campus to students!  Here is some useful information.

Does my child attend A or B days if they are returning as a Hybrid?

To view if your child’s assigned A or B day for Hybrid Learning log in to the Aeries Parent Portal.  Hover over “Student Info,” click on “Demographics”, and then scroll to the bottom of the page as shown in the screenshot below.  You will find 3 pieces of information:

1. Survey- Indicates your child’s program “H,” for Hybrid

(If your child is remaining on Distance Learning you will see a “D”)

2. Bus- “Y” Indicates they will receive UUSD bus transportation

3. A/B Day- Indicates whether they are assigned to A or B days

(If your child is remaining Distance Learning, the A/B day is subject to change should they decide to change to Hybrid)

How will this new schedule work?

As a reminder, all students, regardless of their assigned “hybrid”, or on campus day, attend their classes virtually from home from 8:15-12:45pm.   Students remaining in Distance Learning will be assigned “Asynchronous work,” or work to complete on their own from home.

So when can hybrid students start coming to campus?

A Day Hybrid starts Monday, March 22nd.

A Day students come to campus on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1:30-3:30pm.

B Day Hybrid starts Thursday, March 18th.

B Day students come to campus on Thursdays and Fridays from 1:30-3:30pm.
